Orders & Payment

- Estimated Delivery — 5–10 business days depending on your location within India
- Remote Areas — delivery to certain pin codes may take longer or may not be serviceable

Returns & Refunds

Return Window
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the item and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Non-Returnable
Custom or personalised orders, items marked as final sale, and items without original packaging are not eligible for return.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
