Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

02 — Eligibility

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of the delivery date
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact and included
  • The item was purchased directly from luxedeccor.com (purchases from third-party platforms follow their respective return policies)
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is provided

Please note: As all Luxe Deccor products are handcrafted, minor natural variations in colour, texture, or finish are not considered defects and do not qualify as a reason for return.

03 — Exclusions

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Custom & Personalised Orders — items made to order or engraved with personalised details
  • Final Sale Items — products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
  • Gift Cards — digital or physical gift vouchers issued by Luxe Deccor
  • Items Without Original Packaging — returns without original packaging will not be accepted
  • Used or Damaged by Customer — items showing signs of use, mishandling, or customer-caused damage

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending anything back.

04 — Damaged Items

Damaged or Defective Items

We take exceptional care in packaging every Luxe Deccor piece. However, if your item arrives damaged, broken, or defective, we will make it right at no cost to you.

  • Inspect your order immediately upon delivery
  • Report any damage within 48 hours of receiving the item
  • Email us at support@luxedeccor.com with your order number
  • Attach clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at your preference

Damage reports raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or refund, as we are unable to determine whether damage occurred in transit or post-delivery.

05 — How to Return

How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return is straightforward. Follow these steps:

  • Step 1 — Email support@luxedeccor.com with your order number and reason for return
  • Step 2 — Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with approval and instructions
  • Step 3 — Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging to prevent damage in transit
  • Step 4 — Ship the item to the address provided in the return approval email
  • Step 5 — Share the tracking details of your return shipment with us

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

06 — Refunds

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Inspection Period

Returned items are inspected within 2–3 business days of receipt at our facility.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment source — credit/debit card, UPI, or bank account.

Bank Processing

Additional 3–5 business days may be required by your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount.

If your refund is rejected (e.g. item returned in used or damaged condition), we will contact you and return the item at your expense.

07 — Exchanges

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for the original product (subject to eligibility) and place a new order for the desired item on our website.

This ensures the fastest processing and that your new item is reserved immediately. If you need assistance choosing a replacement, our team is happy to help.

08 — Cancellations

Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch. Cancellation requests are subject to the following:

  • Before Dispatch — Orders cancelled before they are dispatched are eligible for a full refund
  • After Dispatch — Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled; please initiate a return upon delivery instead
  • Custom Orders — Personalised or custom-made orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun

To request a cancellation, email us immediately at support@luxedeccor.com with your order number. We will do our best to intercept the order before dispatch.
